Why it keeps coming back
If mold returns on the same section of siding within a season, pressure washing addressed the symptom, not the cause. Check for: gutters overflowing onto that wall section, sprinklers hitting siding directly, tree cover blocking sun/airflow, or a grading issue keeping that side of the house damp. Trimming back vegetation and redirecting sprinklers usually does more for long-term prevention than any cleaning method.
